At Empower Physical Therapy, we provide a thorough evaluation followed by a client-centered treatment plan in order to help patients achieve their personal goals. We utilize diagnostic methods during our evaluation in order to analyze which treatment services will provide the most benefit to the client. We implement an individualized, one-on-one treatment plan that incorporates specific treatment services based on research and clinical experience.
Our physical therapist is a passionate advocate for her patients who seeks to provide optimal, well rounded care in order for clients to reach their full recreational and functional potential. We provide services for orthopedic and neurologic conditions including injuries, chronic pain, post surgical care and rehabilitation, chronic neurologic conditions, arthritis, sports injuries, injury prevention, return to sport, and other medical conditions and injuries.
